I have decided to try Paul McKenna's amusingly titled "I can make you thin" system.
Now technically, I am thin. I am approx 5'10 or 5'11 (or ten an a half, I can't actually remember the last time I was measured) and am a size 8 - 10 in the UK with a 25 inch waist. I used to be very fat, squidgy and vile, and thankfully after 5 years of religiously going to the gym 3-4 times a week apart from on holiday (when I do still go one or two times) and eating sparseley I have kept the weight off.
However I realise that I do have quite an unhealthy attitude to food and see certain foods and naughty (all the nice ones) and some that must be eaten as they are good even if they taste disgusting. Paul McKenna's cd and book apparently stop you craving foods such as chocolate and teach you to eat what you want, when you want and to stop when you are full. I never do this, if I 'allow' myself a takeaway or chocolate bar etc. I will eat it all and gobble it down, I don't even enjoy it often or taste it I just hoover it up. I realise now that this is wrong and would like to just have a regular attitude to food and not think about it all day long every day, as its booooring!
So I will update either after 2 weeks or sooner if I have any dramatic feelings for or against it.
It was only £7.99 so I figured why not give it a go!
