Halloween Competition - Since I can't have an entry

Obviously I can't enter my own competition, and we haven't actually decided on the prizes BUT......

I am bored and I have new false eyelashes, I love love love halloween so I did my own look, why not eh! 

I am '80's bitch vampire' don't ask my why, I have no idea!  Now you stop laughing this is supposed to be fun and 'dress up' makeup, I am not going to Tesco like this...well not today.

I love this lipstick, I wish it would stay on properly so I could wear it in the daytime but basically I cannot move my mouth or it starts to rub off!

These lashes are soo cool, I tried the self adhesive eyelure ones and they were so sticky that it wouldn't stick to my eye it kept sticking to my finger and I got in a right mess, the Revlon self adhesive ones are really good, they are called Revlon Fantasy Lengths and considering the glue that comes with the glue-yourself ones is a bit rubbish I much prefer these.  I remembered to take a pic eventually halfway through putting them on lol

I got No. 91129 in the glue-yourself lashes and No. 99501 in the pre-glued ones. I prefer the pre glued ones.   They come on a sort of half-moon shaped plastic thing which you have to be very gentle peeling them off of or you will ruin the lashes, I would say pull them off from the centre rather than at the end.

These are great, I am going to pick up some more next time I am in Superdrug as I am very impressed,  let me know if you want a proper review.  I am not sure how long the pre-glued sticky thing lasts though, you get 1 spare but I presume after that you have to use your own glue, in which case I would recommend duo glue which I think you can get in lots of places but I bought mine at the Mac pro shop.  The revlon glue is too gummy in my opinion and it doesn't dry quickly enough so it stays tacky for too long so you stick them on, then blink and they fall off. So give these a look next time you get some lashes and also let me know if you have tried the bollywood diamante ones they also sell in Superdrug, I cannot remember which brand but they look really cool for Christmas or a big event when you can be glam.  I have a black tie event to go to on 18th November so I need makeup ideas that are glam.
