Now and again I hear rumblings in blog-land about people who have had a lot of problems with their HQ Hair order.
I recently purchased some Rodial Tummy Tuck Sticks from them to trial and review for this blog. Sadly they seemed to be made of some hellish substance that made me swell up like a balloon and have some crazy allergic reaction after using them for a week.
To their credit after I advised them of this HQHair automatically refunded me and sent me a postage paid envelope to send the offending articles back in.
Normally you would at least have to pay to post them back, and then wait until they are received for a refund. So I was impressed.

I have had a lot of good experiences with them too :) every single time I have ever ordered anything they have sent it out amazingly fast and usually I have recieved it in a couple of days at the most! x
its always nice to hear about good customer service, especially from online stores. How awful that you had such a bad allergic reaction to something in them, hope you're ok now!xx
