I have really healthy teeth - never had a filling, floss, use mouthwash etc and my teeth are just naturally yellow :( I'm scared to use whitening products as I'm worried about thinning my enamel. I'd rather have yellow teeth than ones with holes in though, I guess.

Great post! I had my teeth whitened professionally about two years ago as well. I didn't have to keep it in for as long though. I only used it for a few nights but I was so pleased with the results. I also have a lot of extra product, so that I can top it up whenever I want to. This just helps to keep it maintained.
I must admit though, I never floss and don't use mouth wash that often. I may start now though, your teeth are pearly white!
