I used her recipe for protein pancakes for our dessert tonight, the only difference being that Matt has his special Cookies and Cream whey protein powder (it tastes like oreos) because he is addicted to oreos I bought this for him as a sort of healthy dupe and he loves it! I used vanilla whey protein. No picture of Matt's as he scoffed it before I had a chance!
My pancake
Vanilla protein pancake with 0% fat greek yoghurt, strawberries,
blueberries and 1tbs agave nectar
For the pancakes:
3 egg whites
1/2 mashed banana
1 scoop of chocolate whey (or whichever whey you have)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Topping
1 pot of greek yoghurt (I just used a big blob from a large pot of 0% fat one)
defrosted frozen mixed berries (or fresh)
Mix up the ingredients for the pancakes and cook in a non stick frying pan on a medium heat just as you would regular pancakes. Just don't try and flip them in the air!
As requested my NOTD was Essie's resort collection colour Splash Of Grenadine
I don't like the consistency as it is very sheer and needed 3 coats, but the colour is gorgeous. Not sure if it is worth it though, I get bored after 2 coats!
There wasn't much going on today, I just popped to Bluewater to pick up some MBT's as the new styles are much less clumpy and I needed to go to Waitrose and get some oatcakes lol what a saddo!
So just a lazy FOTD and my H&M jersey leopard print t-shirt which I love as it is super-di-duper comfy and I can wear a comfy granny bra underneath to support the babylons which are killing as I did a massive chest weight workout yesterday and even a suit of armour wouldn't hold these puppies down, let alone a shock absorber level 5! I want to try a Pure Lime sports bra, has anyone tried one?
My new lipgloss is by Illamasqua but I can't find the tube
so I will review it separately soon x

Babylons LOL! My bf is well into weights and protein powder etc, he also loves pancakes so I may have to try this recipe for him. You are motivating me to get some exercise though! Run tomorrow oh yeah!
I have been thinking about getting some whey protein stuff but I'm not sure where to start. I don't want anything too chemically (if poss) or anything that's aimed too much at the boys wanting big muscles! Any suggestions??

I just LOVE the Essie colour, will be using your swatch to find a dupe that is (hopefully) less streaky in application.
I always love your nailpolish swatches, the china glaze brights u did a while back created the iggest lemmings all due to your pictures and video.

@Becky don't worry about whey protein giving you big muscles, unless you are lifting massive weights daily and are on steriods it's not gonna happen for a woman! I would recomment Nature's plus Spiru-tein sachets cos i like the flavours for pancakes, but Myoplex diet in chocolate is the least gross tasting if you want an actual shake to drink.
