I am so glad I bought the Urban Decay Naked Palette. I have been going through my makeup this week and really been thinking that I need to throw things away and streamline my collection. This is definitely a palette that can be used for day and night and the colours are all so pigmented and gorgeous.
This look was so quick to do and with the primer potion it lasted all day, I was quite surprised how much I liked the primer potion to be honest, it's definitely better than Mac's prep and prime for eyes.
I used a fluffy brush to do a sheer wash of the lightest colour Virgin under my eyebrow and in the inner corner and tear duct, then I used Sin on the lid blended into Naked in the crease which is a matte colour. I topped it off with the brown liner which I am sure is called Whisky et voila. 2 coats of L'oreal mascara and I was off to work.
Browns are so much more flattering on me for daytime than blacks and the browns are so gorgeous in this palette, hands down the best palette I own.
In case you didn't see my other post the palette costs £27.00 from House of Fraser in London Victoria. I don't think it is available yet online but it will be soon and in Debenhams, Boots etc. in the next few weeks.

gorgeous! xx
@Linda, thank you. I had a lot of old neutrals, but none that are this pigmented so I am going to get rid of the old ones, I just want to keep makeup that I actually use rather than just for the sake of it x
@Claire - thanks hun, its perfect in every way, I am a happy bunny!
@Becki you should definitely get it, so pretty!
@Kerrymarie - thank you x
Love the colours, I might keep an eye out for that. I just like neutrals for daytime for work that will stay put and still make me look 'done' - this palette looks like it would do the job x
Great post! I can't wait until it comes out here! I really want it as it looks super amazing. I love the look you created xx

Absolutely gorgeous, I cannot wait to get my hands on it :) xx
God I am LEMMING this. I'm actually most excited about the liners. I havent tried U.D ones yet.
xx
Really pretty!
@Laura - its good if you don't have that much makeup as it has literally every flattering colour you need, a double ended black and brown liner AND a eyeshadow primer so for the price its very good x
@neekeexoxo it is definitely one to look forward to. UD shadow boxes are not normally my thing as the colours are too out there and don't suit me but I lurve this one so much.

@xDiamondsandPearlsx they had loads in HOF victoria, at least 10 last night as I went and bought one for a twitter friend...weird its out there and nowhere else!
@legseleven7 well I knew it was good for me, as I didn't care what anyone else said and didn't read any reviews before I got it I was definitely obsessed, I knew it would be brilliant for work trips as all my palettes aren't suitable for that and taking single eyeshadows when travelling with the tiny suitcase I have to take is hell!
@Nicole thanks xx
I wana get the palette too now! pretty look :)
I am off to meadowhall shopping center to go to house of fraiser tommorrow in the hope they have this. Fingers crossed x
I want it in my life BUT i am so scared it wont live up to the hype. Weirdly I have never been a huge fan of urban decay shadows (love the original primer though) as they ALWAYS crease on me and fall all over my cheeks when I apply them.
