When these first came out my first thought was £35, how much?! I swatched one of the nude colours whilst in Selfridges and didn't really like it so decided to stick with my first instinct and steer well clear.
The colour, lasting power and the fact that I always get compliments on my Barbie lips means it is a firm favourite of mine.
The pigmentation is fantastic and this colour in particular lasts a long time on the lips. I still think £35 for one lipstick is a lot and I would recommend picking your favourite and just buying the one if you're on a budget, there is an absolutely gorgeous red, a very pale nude and a gorgeous dark purple and while the collection of colours isn't vast every single colour is extremely well thought out and I am pretty sure the collection covers the bases of most people's favourite lippie shade.
I do like the advertising, rather saucy no? Overall these are beautiful lipsticks which look classy and apply like a dream, with packaging that is heavy and expensive (as it should after you've just re mortgaged your makeup bag to buy it). Will one change your life? No. Is it a gorgeous lipstick? Definitely!
