Breakfast - oatbran porridge with plain fat free yog
Snack - 0% fat yoghurt - natural
Lunch - roast chicken slices and vanilla fat free yog
Dinner - chicken with a bit of curry sauce made with curry paste and water and a little natural yoghurt
Dessert - Quark with sweetner and a little options white choc powder topped with another fat free yog...my version of trifle maybe?
More weight lost!! I am still feeling the after effects of previously mentioned agony massage, I have a bruise under my boob presumably from repeated bashing against the massage table and my back is killing me. If you read my blog because you live near me and want a GREAT massage go and see Jamie at Indulgence in Bexleyheath, she is a diamond and her hot stone massage is to DIE for, you will walk out on a cloud of relaxation, not feeling like you have been beaten up by Jackie Chan.

Aromatherapy Associates Nourishing Facial Oil
From www.aromatherapyassociates.com I use this every evening before bed and my skin is really looking pretty good. The nourishing facial oil contains both evening primrose and rose oil and it smells absolutely amazing. I have been using it now for a few months and it lasts well as you only use a few drops a day. This really is an essential item for me now!

I have about 4/5 tablespoons on my porridge in the morning. Absolutely yummy.
CND Cuticle Eraser
This cuticle products contains AHA's to exfoliate and along with CND solar oil is rubbed into the cuticle to keep in good condition. I love this stuff and my previously raggedy cuticles love it too.

Congratulations on your weight loss success! I hope you are feeling on top of the world. I have been trying to lose weight for the past 13 weeks the old fashioned way via intensive gym workouts and calorie counting. There have been quite a few frustrating days. I've completely related to all of your blog posts.
