Pixi Beauty Favourites
This year there have been some beautiful new launches from the brand Pixi Beauty. This month I’ve been loving four of their fairly new releases. So read on if you’re in the market for some new Pixi Beauty products.
Hydrating Milky Serum £26.00
The Pixi Beauty Hydrating Milky Serum is amazing and feels wonderful on the skin. It’s lightweight, hydrating and not too heavy. It leaves my skin plumped and hydrated with a slight glow, which I need! This would be perfect when flying to prevent dehydrated skin. I am not the biggest fan of the pipette packaging. I think it would be easier to dispense with a pump. That aside, this is a fabulous product for dry or dehydrated skin.
Makeup Fixing Mist £16.00
So I have a thing about face mists, some may call it an addiction! I thought it was a fad until I tried Mac’s Fix Plus years ago. I stuck with that and never tried another brand. Now I love a good spritz of them all! There are different ones for different needs, from hydration to setting your makeup. My new favourite is the Pixi Beauty Makeup Fixing Mist. If you’ve never tried a facial mist then girl, you need to get yourself at least one. This one is perfect if you have a long night out planned or a very long work day. Spray it all over your face when your makeup is finished from an arm lengths distance away. It stops your powder makeup looking cakey and makes your makeup last all day long.
Beauty Blush Duo and Kabuki in Peach Honey £18.00
I love that Pixi Beauty understand some people don’t have time to bronze, blush and highlight separately every day! The Beauty Blush Duo and Kabuki can be used separately either at the same time or just one or the other. Or you can do what I do for work, swirl them together and use them on your cheeks to highlight and bronze. I’m so tired in the morning I need bronzer and highlight more than I need blush! The bronze can also be used as an eyeshadow so when I’m really exhausted I do that in the mornings too.
It’s such a time-saving, double duty product. It comes with a mini brush to pop in your handbag, I’m not sure what more you could want for those mornings when you have zero time but have to look like a functioning adult. Please note this doesn’t leave you looking so gleamingly highlighted like one of those Instagram pictures. You will look like a luminous, natural and work-appropriate version of yourself.
Lash Line Ink £12.00
For everyone who dreams of having the perfect liner and even flicks, this one’s for you. I struggle so much with eyeliner, without my glasses I am like a mole, imagine a mole applying liner. It doesn’t go well. Using the Pixi Beauty Lash Line Ink I can actually obtain a decent and even thin line right next to my lashes. You can go over it to make it thicker but for day to day, I prefer a thin line. You can use it to create perfectly angled flicks plus it doesn’t melt off or transfer to your eyelid when you blink. I think it must dry really quickly. This is an awesome liner for those of us shaky of hand and dodgy of eyesight as well as, you know, regular people!
Is anyone else loving facial mists? Which one’s your fave?
