Reds and Oranges
My first post was on the nude Pure Colour Love shades by Estee Lauder. Next up are the corals, peaches and reds. I adore these lippies and I hope the swatches and pictures are helpful to you if you fancied buying one (or seven)!
The Red and Orange Shades Only?
I’ve decided to talk about the Estee Lauder Pure Colour Love lipsticks in batches as there are just too many colour groups to talk about all the shades or swatch all of the shades at one time. I will, of course, mention all of the other shades but in separate posts.
Pure Colour Love Lipsticks?
Chrome, matte, pearl, creme, all in one range? Yes indeed! Estée Lauder have satiated our lust for lipstick with their newest Pure Colour Love shades, all thirty of them… (yep, you read that right, thirty).
As well as an impressive shade spectrum, each lipstick boasts an angled tip for the ultimate in precision, so you can skip the lip liner altogether. Anything that shaves a few minutes off of my morning routine gets my vote.
How To Use
Not just for using alone, you can make your own mixed lipstick. They suggest you apply one shade on top lip, another on the bottom. Press lips together and blow a kiss to blend.
The Orange and Red Shades
- Sly Wink
- Hot Rumor
- Radical Chic
- Hot Streak
- Wild Poppy
- Flash Chilli
- Burning Love
- Shock & Awe
- Bar Red
How cute are all of the names! The consistency of the lipsticks is so nice, and I love that some are sheer and some are more creamy and matte and pigmented. Lots of choice for everyone! Out of all the reds and oranges below are my top personal faves.
Prices and Where to Buy
The price point for the Estee Lauder Pure Colour Lipsticks is £19.00 each which is about £6 or so pounds cheaper than other Estee Lauder lippies.
If you want to save even more if you grab one when you’re in World Duty-Free you can expect to pay between £15.85 and £16.15 !
Let me know what you think, and whether you want to see pinks or some wacky colours next!
