The last couple of weeks have seen me trying to try out my new products that I have bought and been sent for review, trying to wean myself off of my favourites has been hard but I have definitely found a new favourite palette in the New CID Eyes, Lips & Cheeks palette and thanks to other Sarah we can get it at a discount so it’s just £12 at Asos thanks for the heads up honey! x
This palette is fabulous for before work, I am getting ready between 6 and 7 am and, to be honest, I am in a bit of a daze at this time of the morning, so I need soft, easy to blend shadows and matching colours as leaving me to my own devices sometimes gives a bit of a questionable result in daylight!

The palette contains four shadows, one blusher and three lipcolours that are of a sort of gloss/lipstick hybrid consistency which I am LOVING, like a gloss but much more pigmented and the brush isn’t bad either.
I am wearing the first gloss on the left in the pictures and the first two eyeshadows to the left. The shadows are so easy to blend so this would be perfect for a beginner, they also tone well with a lot of the Urban Decay naked palette colours too.
I finally removed my Gelish nails so tried out one of my gorgeous pink Orly nail varnishes in La Vida Loca and did an accent nail by sprinkling over some Jinny Rainbow purple glitter on one nail, I think the effect is so cute, probably a bit much for work..!
My application was a bit messy but if I had tidied it up a bit better I think it would have looked rather impressive!
