I used to like Vaseline until I tried an Australian Pawpaw ointment a friend brought back from holiday that was the same consistency but worked even better on my lips and in Winter on my chapped skin. Over the years I have tried lots of different ones here in the UK but not found one with the similar consistency to the one she gave me until now having tried the Dr Pawpaw balms.
Dr PawPaw balms are multi-purpose balms with antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. The smooth, long lasting
formula combines the soothing properties of fermented Pawpaw with other natural ingredients to create a nourishing balm, which comes in a handy 25ml tube which is great for your handbag or carry on. Dr.PawPaw is actually a 100%
British made product which is so handy and easy to find here as there are pawpaw ointments in Australia that I love but I can never find them here.
|Peach Pink, Natural, Ultimate Red Dr PawPaw Swatches|
The most important ingredient in Dr.PawPaw Balm is Papaya (it’s the same as Pawpaw). It is a nutrient-rich fruit full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, vitamins A and C. When applied topically, helps in aiding skin repair, adding moisture and smoothing the skin. It’s great to use for dry skin, chapped nose and lips. It smooths down your split ends or flyaway hair so is an amazing multi purpose product that’s great for travelling. I even use it on insect
|Top – Peach Pink, Bottom Ultimate Red|
There are now two tinted colours of the balm you can use on lips and cheeks. Peach Pink Balm for an everyday peachy look or ultimate red for more of a bitten lip or lipstain effect.
Overall I love the balms, my favourite is definitely the original version as you can use it for so many things but the tinted balm in peach pink is really pretty and I will definitely be taking it on my upcoming travels.
