A few weeks ago I joined the www.toneitup.com website, plan and started doing the workout videos and adding them into my routine. Apart from obviously working out it made me want to have cute workout clothes as the girls Karena and Katrina have lovely matching outfits all the time. I have quite a lot of black and blue workout clothes so I went for a bright turquoise cropped top/bra and a headband in black and another in the same blue. I got a purple bra as well but I’d already put that on by the time I took the pics.

You can view it here http://www.sweatybetty.com/all-sports-bra-produw001_flamingo/ I bought this as, while I have el fake-o boobs which need support – sometimes when I am doing the toning workouts or just cycling I don’t really need quite so much support and also, most of my tops have those built in bra things so that in addition to the crop top is enough support. I wouldn’t suggest you wear this for high impact sports such as running, tennis, horse riding etc. This is more for a stationery bike, yoga, toning sort of routine or just for lounging about the house, they are mega comfy. You are likely to need to get the size up as they come up small, I am a 30F and bought a size medium. This is a very comfy bra which I think is partly down to the soft material but also because it is seamless and has a lovely thick band at the bottom which feels snug but not too tight. It has five star reviews on the website which I totally agree with, I want it in all colours!

This headband is so helpful if you have a fringe or if you wear glasses which always seem to try and slide off when you are doing matt work at the gym, you can tuck your fringe in the front and pull the headband over your glasses arms at the side! The sweatband has a hidden silicone strip on the inside so it doesn’t just slide off. The headband washes well in the machine and comes out just like new.
Overall I am really impressed with my Sweaty Betty bits I bought, I am also a lover of Under Armour gym wear and bags, the Tone It Up vests which are by Oakley and that you can buy on their website shop and Asics trainers. I am going to look into getting a pair of Sketchers running trainers and some Lululemon and Victoria Secret workout gear when I am in Vegas. I am getting so excited now it’s about 7 weeks to go!!!! Yaaaay!!!!
