Nail art seems to be big right now and a lot of new products are coming out but it really takes something special to wow me. I have to be honest and say that while the new line of nail goodies from Andrea Fullerton is very innovative and better than other drug-store offerings I can’t say it has exactly wowed me. In fact I was decidedly unimpressed. Just because it was less than a tenner does not make me happy!
Andrea is a celebrity manicurist and has just launched her very own collection in Superdrug! The most expensive item is £7.99 and the range is broken down into four categories: Nail Prep, Nail Colour, Nail Art and Nail Finishing.
I shook the applicator over the nail for ages but hardly any glitter would stick to the nail
These are the two items that I bought from Superdrug. The Flip Flop French duo disappointed me as the gorgeous pink you can see below just comes out clear with a bit of glitter on the nails, with a rather yellowish tinge, and the red isn’t dark enough to cover my nail tip. The Stripe and Sparkle was marginally better, the striping brush and polish colour were a nice colour and easy to use, but the glitter barely came out and and certainly wasn’t as visible as I was expecting.
So to be honest, I couldn’t recommend the two things that I tried.
