I love a bit of TK Maxx, as do most office girlies. Most love the clothes or the home-ware, but there are some amazing beauty products available with a great discount. I’ve had a nosy around the website, and here are my top picks.
1. Nars Andy Warhol Lip Gloss Set Link Here £34.99 (RRP £60)
This set contains 5 mini Nars lip-glosses. They are smooth, shiny and the perfect size for handbag touch-ups. These were limited edition so if you missed out you can still get them here at almost half the price! They come in an adorable tin which would be perfect to store some makeup brushes.
2. Nicky Clarke Desired 2000W Hairdryer Link Here £20 (RRP £34.99)
This hairdryer has awesome reviews on Boots website and with 2000w should dry your hair pretty damn quickly. This would be a perfect spare or backup hairdryer to have for guests if you are more of a fancy hairdryer user, or one to have in the drawer ‘just in case’. If you’ve ever had your hairdryer blow up as you’re getting ready for work you’ll know how necessary having a backup is!
3. Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream & Ceramide Capsules Link Here £12 (RRP £30)
With so many uses, it’s no wonder Eight hour cream has become the must have product around the world. It relieves, softens and smooths your skin all year round, even in the coldest weather. Not only does this set contain the fab eight hour cream you also get a pot of the ceramide serum capsules which have had rave reviews for years.
4. Real Techniques Six Piece Eye Cosmetic Brush Set Link Here £14 (RRP £21)
Real techniques brushes are some of the most popular around. But when they’re cheaper, even better! This would be a perfect addition to your eyeshadow brush kit or for someone taking their first foray into the brush world.
5. St Tropez Bronzing Mousse 400ml Link Here £24.99 (RRP £50)
St Tropez has been reformulated so much since the original tan (which I hated) that now it looks great, smells great and does the perfect job. This gigantic 400ml bronzing mousse is a steal at £24.99 and is big enough to keep you bronzed all summer long.
6. Xen Tan Perfect Sunless Tan Bronzer Link Here £10 (RRP £30)
This is one of the best bronzers out there for a natural sun kissed look. The colour has red undertones so you get a natural flushed look rather than an orange glow! It lasts for ages, has a very sturdy compact and it has a mirror as well, I always have mine in my handbag.
7. Lancaster Sunscreen Tanning Set Link Here £24.99 (RRP £44.50)
My hands down favourite Lancaster product is their Tan Maximiser as it really does work to enhance your tan and help you tan quicker and more evenly. This handy travel set contains a Tan Maximizer, an After Sun: 125ml, a Sun Beauty Oil Free Milky Spray Tan: 150ml and Sun Beauty Velvet Touch Cream Radiant Tan 50ml.
My office bud and TK Maxx fiend Liz also gave a tip – sign up and get a TK Maxx account as they only send flash event emails to those with an one. These vary however in the last week there have been Dior scarves and jewellery and Prada shoes!
If you love a bit of TK Maxx as well then let me know!
