Any product which claims this sounds like a winner right?

So I just don’t understand why it went streaky? I applied it differently to how I normally would, as I would normally smooth on rather than rubbing in circles but that’s what the back of the bottle tells you to do, and since I rubbed in circles how comes I have streaky lines? Surely I would have streaky circles?
If this wasn’t so streaky it would be brilliant as it does have a lot of features I like such as
Nice scent
Nice colour (on face especially this is very natural and not tango orange at all)
Develops quickly
Guide colour washes off easily
But what I want to know is…why does everyone else and their cat seem to absolutely love this? What on earth am I doing wrong? Should I be using a sponge to apply this? I have bought another Solait Mitt which I usually use for mousse fake tan to try with the Xen tan but really why is it so complicated? So far as much as I like the colour I still prefer Fake Bake, St Tropez and Sienna X BUT if this product wasn’t streaky I think this would be the winner.
Oh and if you wondered this cost me £20 from the website Feelunique since I figured I should try their services out since I am advertising them lol!
So come on guys help me out how do I get this on me without looking like this???
