Bellamianta Rapid Mousse Tan Review
Today’s review is on the Bellamianta Rapid Mousse. Bellamianta is a new and exciting brand which is based and manufactured in Ireland. The range provides clean, luxury tanning products formulated with the best ingredients available. The formulas have built in hydration and are extremely fast drying to produce a streak-free, beautiful, summer ready tan.
The tan dries in in 60 seconds and the light formulas are still work to hydrate the skin ensuring that the tan wears off evenly with none of the dreaded snakeskin effects.
Bellamianta Luxury Tanning Range
Each product in the seven-strong line-up has been developed to give a natural finish with easy application. There are two variants of classic self-tan – Deep Glow and Natural Glow, both in lotion or mousse formats. There is also an Express Lotion and Express Mousse in the range, to develop a tan in 1-4 hours, depending on when you choose to wash the product off. Bellamianta’s range also includes a lovely shimmering body oil, false lashes, a candle and some gift sets.
Bellamianta Rapid Tan Mousse
The Bellamianta Rapid Mousse is a really easy to use self-tanning rapid mousse. Unlike a lot of tans it’s great for dry skin in need of a bit of attention. While this tan dries on the skin in 60 seconds, the formula contains hydrating ingredients to ensure the skin doesn’t dry out.
The tan smells fresh and fruity and application is a dream with the Bellamianta mitt. They are nothing like the cheap sponge mitt’s I have used before. They are a thick, soft velour material that smooths the tan onto your skin so there are no streaks. The lotion proof barrier helps to ensure your hands remain stain free whilst your tan glides on evenly for the perfect self-tan application. Orange palms were avoided!
There’s even a tiny cute mitt for you to use on your face. This was so much easier than jabbing at my face with a giant glove!
Colour and Before and After Pictures
Bellamianta Rapid Mousse will develop into a light tan after 2hrs, medium tan after 3 hrs and a dark tan after 4hrs+. There was also no transfer onto clothes or furniture. I decided to leave the tan for 4 hours the first time. Whilst I really loved the colour, it was quite dark for me.
Next time I used it (for these pictures) I left it on for 2 hours and that was the perfect tone I was looking for. The tan lasts up to 7 days. I use a lot of acid toners and different brightening serums on my face so I did top up the face tan after 3 days. But the tan on my body definitely lasted 7 days.

Bellamianta Rapid Mousse – My Thoughts
I literally can’t get enough of this tan! It gives you the perfect shade and I love that you can use the same product to get a light, medium or dark tan just depending on how long you leave it on. No need to buy 3 different products.
Even if you only have an hour and a half of spare time you can apply it, rinse it off and be tanned. I’ve never used a tan that did this whilst still giving an awesome and natural tan. Normally you end up orange!
I love that the wear off is even and not patchy and neither times I have used it did I get any dry or scaly skin at all. Bellamianta Rapid Mousse is Literally THE tan of 2017 for me and I highly recommend it!
